Warranty Policy

Our Promise to You

At Axlcore, we take pride in the quality of our CV axles and other drivetrain components. Every product is designed and manufactured to meet demanding standards. That is why we offer a 2-year limited warranty on every purchase giving you confidence on and off the trail.

What This Warranty Covers

If your Axlcore product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years from the original purchase date, we will:

- Replace the defective part at no charge, or

- Issue a refund for the purchase price (where applicable)

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a subsequent owner or vehicle.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover the following:

 Category Examples
Installation & labor Mechanic fees, towing, shop charges
Related expenses Rental vehicles, fuel, storage fees, lost wages
Improper use Extreme, overloading, off-label applications
Poor installation Incorrect assembly, use of wrong tools, forced fitment
Modifications Cutting, welding, or altering the part
Neglect or abuse Lack of maintenance, impact damage, accident
 External events  Fire, flood, lightning, collision, road debris

Warranty Claim Requirements

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

- The product was installed on a compatible vehicle according to standard practices.

- The failure occurred under normal driving or off-road use not extreme abuse.

- The warranty period has not expired (2 years from original purchase).

- You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

How to File a Warranty Claim

Follow these steps to submit your claim:

Step 1: Contact Us  

Reach out via live chat or email. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2: Share Evidence

Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or failure. This helps us verify the issue quickly.

Step 3: Await Decision  

We will review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we will ship a replacement or process a refund.

Step 4: Dispose or Return  

For most warranty claims, you do not need to return the defective part unless we specifically request it. A photo or video is usually sufficient.

Final Note

Once a refund is issued for a product, our warranty obligation is considered fully fulfilled. You must immediately cease using the product, even if its return is not required. Axlcore shall not be held liable for any damages arising from or related to unauthorized continued use of the product. 

Axlcore reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state or country.
