We partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure broad coverage and flexible delivery options across the United States.
Standard Shipping — 7-Day Delivery
All orders shipped via our standard shipping service are guaranteed to arrive within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Cost: Free for most orders (see exclusions below)
- Delivery window: 7 days or less
- Carriers used:FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority
Expedited Shipping — 2-3 Day Delivery
Need your part faster? Choose our expedited shipping option at checkout.
- Delivery window: 2–3 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, package dimensions, and destination
- Carriers used: FedEx 2Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, or USPS Express
Expedited shipping is available for most in-stock items. If an item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be shipped within the 2–3 day window, we will notify you immediately and offer the option to wait, swap to an alternative, or cancel for a full refund.
Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your order out the door fast.
- Processing time: 0–1 business day for most orders
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on a business day will begin processing the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day
Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information and the carrier name.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You can monitor your package in real time using:
- The tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
- Your order history on the Axlcore website
If multiple items are shipped separately (e.g., from different warehouse locations), you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
For shipments to Canada, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes imposed by Canadian customs.
Axlcore is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs processing
- Return shipping charges resulting from refusal to pay duties or taxes
Common Shipping Issues — What to Do

| Package shows "Delivered" but not received | Check your address on file. Look around your property and ask neighbors. If still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days. |
| Package arrives damaged | Take clear photos of the box and the product. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. |
| No tracking updates for 3+ days | No tracking updates for 3+ days | Contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. Claims must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date. |
| Wrong or missing item received | Compare the item with your order details. Contact us within 2 business days of delivery. |
| Order returned due to incorrect address | If you provided an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for any reshipment costs. Options: 1) Pay for reshipment, or 2) Receive a refund minus original shipping costs once the package returns to our warehouse. |
