Refund policy
90-Day Return Window
At Axlcore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 90 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item received was defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping.
- The item is not compatible with your vehicle.
- The part failed during its intended use.
- You no longer need it, ordered it by mistake, or simply changed your mind.
For parts with verified defects or failures, you may be eligible for a refund without having to return the item. For all other returns, items must be unused, in original condition with all components, and in the original packaging — meaning both the product and packaging must be resalable.
Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns within the 90-day window. Axlcore will provide a prepaid return shipping label to cover the return cost.
How to Submit a Return
The return process is simple and consists of three steps:
1. Submit a Request
Go to your Order History and click "Return Order." Select the item(s), quantity, and reason for return. To help expedite the process, you may upload supporting materials such as videos, images, or mechanic test reports.
2. Ship the Item(s)
Once your return request is approved, use the prepaid return shipping label we provide via email. Package the item securely and drop it off at the carrier listed (UPS or FedEx).
3. Receive Resolution
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your replacement shipment or refund within 1-3 business days.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of your return to process the refund. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds will reflect the product’s purchase price and will appear on your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
If a refund to your original payment method cannot be completed, we will notify you by email and work with you to arrange an alternative resolution (e.g., refund via PayPal).
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after 90 days — Returns received after the 90-day window will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for alternative solutions.
- International orders — Orders shipped outside the USA and Canada are not eligible for return at this time.
- Clearance or final sale items — These products are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
For orders containing add-on items, all items must be returned together. Add-ons may only be kept if the full website list price is paid.
If returned items are worn, damaged, or used beyond inspection, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Price Match Policy
Axlcore offers price matching under the following conditions:
- Price match is available only if the price was lowered or changed within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Only applicable to purchases made directly on axlcoreauto.com (not applicable to marketplace orders on Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Items priced below $30 USD are not eligible for price matching.
- We do not price adjust for items purchased during flash sales, short-term campaigns, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Week promotions.
Warranty & Support
Each product sold by Axlcore is covered by its respective manufacturer’s warranty. If you encounter a potential warranty issue during use, please refer to our Warranty Policy for guidance on refund or replacement. We will assist you with the manufacturer’s claim process.

Final Notes
- Please do not ship your return until you have received an approved return request and the official prepaid return label with our shipping address.
- Axlcore does not reimburse customer-paid return shipping costs, labor costs, service charges, or any other related expenses.
- Axlcore reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the application of this return policy.
