Replacing worn, clicking rear axles on a wide-stance RZR S 800 EFI or RZR 4 800 (2009–2014) requires specialized long-travel shaft dimensions. This matching driver and passenger side set from AXLCORE is built for the job. The construction quality of the forged steel shafts is pristine—featuring precision-machined splines and grease-packed CV joints that handle extreme suspension articulation without binding (replaces OE# 1332883 & 1332638). The heavy-duty neoprene boots keep mud and water out cleanly.
Installation Time: Replacing both rear CV axle shafts takes about 45 to 60 minutes total using standard shop wrenches and an axle nut socket.
